This one is from La Segunda Central Bakery and is an excellent example of one of our most famous local delicacies.
Pork, ham, and salami are put on Cuban bread, along with Swiss cheese, pickles, and a mustard sauce. Then the whole thing is pressed and heated. Afterwards lettuce and tomato are added.
It's light, beautiful, and crunchy. Everything blends together perfectly.
