In America you can get Chinese food that's somewhat similar to a type of Chinese food found in one particular area of China. And for the most part, that's all you can find.

Forks, of course, are not traditional to China, but then neither is the fortune cookie which is actually of Japanese origin.

Along with being "Chinese" this meal also qualifies as being traditional Jewish food for Christmas Day.

Such a mish-mash of cultures; but that's America for you.

A chunk of chicken that's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, flavored with pickles. The bun is nothing and the waffle fries are designed to take up as much space as possible, but it's still really good.
